AVEVA PDMS and Associated Products 12.6

AVEVA PDMS (Plant Design Management System) is a proven 3D plant design platform used to model process and power facilities and produce construction-ready deliverables. It provides a centralized, data-centric environment for piping, equipment, structural steel, HVAC, cable trays, and supports. Specification-driven catalogs, rule-based modeling, and clash detection help teams deliver consistent, constructible designs while managing change across disciplines and locations. From the model, PDMS generates piping isometrics, orthographic drawings, material take-offs, and engineering reports to support procurement and construction. Although PDMS has been succeeded by AVEVA E3D Design, it remains widely used on brownfield and long-running projects, with supported migration and coexistence options.
